Privacy Policy — Instant Flowcharts for Confluence

The short version
This app collects nothing, stores nothing, and sends nothing anywhere.
It runs entirely inside your own Confluence page, in your browser. It has no servers, no database, no accounts, no analytics and no third-party services. There is no data for us to lose, sell or hand over, because none ever reaches us.
If you want to verify that rather than take our word for it: the app carries Atlassian's "Runs on Atlassian" badge, which Atlassian award only after automatically checking that an app uses Atlassian-hosted compute and storage, supports data residency, and does not send data outside the platform.
What the app can see
One thing: the diagram text you type into the macro.
That text is stored by Confluence as part of your page, in the same way as any other content you write there. It is governed by Atlassian's privacy policy and your own Confluence data residency settings, not by us. We hold no separate copy.
The app reads that text, draws the picture in your browser, and shows it. That is the entire operation.
What the app does not do

- ❌ does not send data to us or to anyone else — there is no server to send it to
- ❌ does not use analytics, telemetry, tracking pixels or cookies
- ❌ does not use any third-party service or sub-processor
- ❌ does not read your other pages, spaces, attachments, comments or user list
- ❌ does not identify you — we never learn your name, email, organisation or IP address
- ❌ does not use your content to train any AI model
- ❌ does not show advertising
Permissions, and why they are needed
The app requests the minimum Confluence permissions required to draw a picture inside a page. It does not request permission to read your Confluence content, contact external services, or store data. The full list is visible on the app's Atlassian Marketplace listing before you install.
Where data lives
Your diagram text lives wherever your Confluence content lives, under your own data residency settings. The app adds no additional location, because it keeps no copy.
Children
The app is a workplace tool sold to organisations and is not directed at children.
Support
If you email us for help, we will have whatever you choose to put in that email. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to answer it, and never use it for marketing.
Uninstalling
Because the app stores nothing, there is nothing to delete. Your diagram text stays in your Confluence pages, and remains yours. Nothing you have written disappears if you remove the app — the text is still in the page, it simply stops being drawn as a picture.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be published here with a new date. Any change that would involve collecting data — which we do not intend — would be announced on the Marketplace listing before it took effect.
